As part of the Leadership Mastery course, participants will be assigned a series of homework tasks aimed at reinforcing key concepts covered in the classroom and fostering practical application of leadership skills. These assignments may include reflective journaling, case analyses, role-playing scenarios, and team projects. Participants will have the opportunity to demonstrate their understanding of leadership principles, engage in critical thinking, and apply problem-solving techniques to real-world situations. The homework assignments are designed to complement the course material and provide an opportunity for participants to deepen their learning and enhance their leadership capabilities outside of the classroom setting.
